About our bot
Last updated 6 September 2026
You are here because something on your server saw a request from MastroSDRBot/1.0 (+https://mastrosdr.com/bot). This page is what that address resolves to.
What it fetches
MastroSDR is an agentic sales tool. When one of our customers asks it to write to your business, it reads your own public homepage first, so the message it drafts can say something specific and true about you rather than a generic pitch. That is the entire job: one or a handful of pages already published on your own site, fetched once, read for publicly stated facts like what you do and where you are.
It does not fetch anything behind a login, does not fill in or submit forms, and does not crawl your whole site looking for more than the page or two it was sent to read.
It honours robots.txt
Before fetching anything, it reads your robots.txt and follows what it says for MastroSDRBot. A disallow there is treated the same as a request from a person to leave, and we do not fetch pages it covers.
How to block it
Add a rule naming the bot to your robots.txt:
User-agent: MastroSDRBot Disallow: /
You can also block the requests outright at your server or firewall by matching the user agent string above. Either way, the block takes effect on our side without you having to tell us.
Reporting abuse
If this bot fetched something it should not have, ignored a disallow rule, or you believe it caused load worth reporting, email abuse@mastrosdr.com with the URL requested and, if you have it, the time of the request.
