Why MastroSDR exists

The people who need what you sell are already listed online. MastroSDR finds them, writes each one a real email, and books the meeting when they say yes.

You know this feeling

Three good months, then a quiet one you did not see coming. You are better than half the people who are busier than you. The work is out there and it does not know you exist.

Here is why

The quiet month was decided sixty days ago, by conversations that never happened. Nobody hires the best. They hire whoever got in touch, and most people never get in touch.

So this gets in touch

Every week, whether or not you have time, MastroSDR finds the businesses that need you and writes each one a real email. You wake up to replies instead of a quiet calendar.

MastroSDR started because the arithmetic did not work.

The tools that do this cost five hundred to seven hundred and fifty dollars a month. They are priced that way because they were built for companies with a sales team, a manager and a budget line. If you are one person selling a service, that is not a tool. It is a salary.

So most people do it by hand, in bursts, when work goes quiet. Which is exactly the wrong time, because outreach pays off two months after you do it.

The second thing was worse. Almost every tool in this category makes more money the more you send. Credits, per-seat volume tiers, contact allowances. None of them will ever tell you that four hundred emails to a bought list is the thing that will get your domain blocked, because that advice costs them money.

We wanted the version that would say it.

So MastroSDR caps your sending at whatever your mail provider actually allows, not what you type into a box. It ramps a new mailbox over three weeks and will not let you skip it. It checks every address before spending a send on it. It reads your mailbox so a cadence stops the moment somebody answers, rather than asking you to remember. It tells you when a batch of drafts has quietly become one template with a name swapped, which is an argument against our own drafting step.

And we do not make a penny on the AI. Paid plans include a pool of drafts. Past that you connect your own provider key and they bill you directly, or you point it at a model on your own machine and nothing leaves it. There is no per-word tier, because a vendor paid by the word has a reason to write you worse emails.

None of that is generosity. It is the only way to be worth trusting with the one asset a small business cannot replace, which is its name.

We run on it ourselves

MastroSDR finds its own customers with MastroSDR. The same search, the same drafts, the same refusal to send past the ramp. When something here is annoying, we are the ones being annoyed by it.
