Questions
Do I pay you for AI usage?
You connect your own provider key and they bill you directly at their rates. We never take a margin on tokens. You can also point MastroSDR at a model running on your own machine, in which case your prospect data never reaches a vendor at all.
What is actually included in Managed?
A person. We build the list with you on a call, then write the sequences and the offer. We set up the mailbox, its DNS records and the warmup. Every week we review what is landing and change it. You still approve what goes out. It costs a fraction of the hire it replaces, and we take a handful at a time because it involves somebody's actual attention.
What happens if I go over a limit?
The action is refused with a clear message rather than silently billed. Upgrade and it resumes immediately.
What if I cancel?
Your workspace drops to the Free plan at the end of the period. Your data stays; you can export it or keep using the free tier.
Are sends also capped per day?
Yes, and the cap is per mailbox. Each connected mailbox starts at 200 a day to protect its sending reputation, ramps up through its own warmup, and never exceeds what its provider allows. Connect a second mailbox and your workspace can send more without changing any setting, because each address carries its own allowance. Raise the per-mailbox figure in Settings once a domain is warmed up, up to 5,000.
Is the API included on every plan?
Yes. API keys, scopes and the OpenAPI spec are available on Free too, within that plan's limits.
Is the activity log a paid feature?
No. Every plan gets the full audit trail of who did what, on every tier including Free. Charging for a security record is the wrong way round.
Do you send email for me?
Only from a domain you own and verify. The first email to anyone always waits for a person in Review. Follow-ups wait too, unless you explicitly switch on automatic sending for that campaign.
