Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of MastroSDR. By creating an account you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.
The service
MastroSDR helps you write and send cold outreach email. We provide the software; you provide the prospect list, the pitch, your AI provider key and your sending domain. You are the sender of every email that leaves the platform.
Your account
- Keep your credentials and API keys secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including actions taken by agents you authorize.
- One person per login. Do not share accounts.
- Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
Your use must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: only contact people you have a genuine business reason to contact, honour every opt-out, and follow the anti-spam law that applies to you. Breaching that policy is a breach of these terms and we may suspend the account.
Your content
You keep all rights to your prospect data, pitch and generated emails. You grant us only the license needed to run the service for you. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process the contact data you upload.
Third-party providers
You connect your own email provider key, and your own AI key if you want one. Your relationship with those providers is governed by their terms, and they bill you directly. Paid plans include a monthly allowance of AI drafts that run on our provider account instead, at no extra charge; past that allowance you connect a key. We are not responsible for a provider’s availability, output or charges. Content generated by an AI model can be wrong; review before you send.
Fees
- Paid plans bill monthly in advance through Stripe.
- Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
- Cancel any time; you keep access until the end of the paid period, then drop to the free plan.
- We will give 30 days' notice by email before any price increase.
Availability
We work to keep MastroSDR available but do not promise uninterrupted service on any plan without a separate written agreement. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice before removing something you depend on.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is used to send unlawful email, or that puts our infrastructure or sending reputation at risk. Where circumstances allow, we will warn you first. You may close your account at any time.
Disclaimers
MastroSDRis provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant any particular reply rate, deliverability outcome or business result.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost profits or data. Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, including anti-spam claims relating to email you sent.
Changes
We may update these terms and will email account owners before material changes take effect. Continuing to use MastroSDR after that means you accept the new terms.
